Educational Philosophy

Education opens the doors to success. Growing up, I witnessed the struggles my parents faced due to their lack of education. My dad had only a second-grade education and could not read or write. My mom dropped out of school in the eleventh grade. They always emphasized the importance of a good education to my brother and me, wanting us to avoid their challenges. One of my proudest moments was handing my high school diploma to my dad. I became an educator to help students receive a quality education, and later, I became an administrator to ensure that every student has the opportunity to achieve great educational outcomes.
